Here’s the truth: It’s not the photos that made me fall in love with this profession, but the people.
Taking care of my couples is at the heart of what I do.
I make it my priority to help you relax, because when you’re at ease and comfortable, gorgeous photos come naturally.
For 14 years, as a luxury wedding photographer, my couples have counted on me to take care of them. I am honored to be entrusted with documenting your memories.
Without the gentle prompt to slow down, it can be a “blink and you’ll miss it” sort of day. Rather than race from one moment to the next, I’m there to remind you to take a deep breath and remember the scent of your bouquet (all while capturing those candid moments). Years from now, you will smell blooming lilacs and be transported back to the emotion of your wedding day because we made sure to take that moment.
Clearly, the luxury wedding photography experience I’m proud to provide my couples goes beyond the camera. Though I have an eye for stunning photos, I also know how to read a room and sense what my couples and their guests need. Photos are more than pretty details
(though I do love pretty details!).
It’s because of photos that I feel connected to my older sister, who we lost to leukemia just after her 9th birthday.
Yet because boxes of old photos instigated stories from parents, cousins, and family friends, I learned just who she was. Michele was a born performer. She gave fierce hugs and called me Booger (because what big sister would give you a nice nickname?).
When I hold her photos in my hands, I am connected to her and all those fleeting moments.
